Day 1 : Check-in / Gastronomic evening in Cascais

Gastronomic evening in Cascais
This farm produces its own wine, honey, fruit, vegetables and wood,
the Quinta of Ana opens its field for an unique evening.
This evening you will be the privileged guests of the winery privatized specially for the occasion.
Wine tasting in the garden while enjoying regional cheeses and homemade bread. Our oenologist by profession, will present the history of Portuguese wines, especially the one of the wines of "Quinta de Ana"
Aperitif at sunset : two portuguese guitars will arrive and accompany your aperitif.
Folk animation throughout the evening : a group of singers and dancers will animate your night.
Dinner at the patio and the cellar of olive oil
Digestive near the wood fire: traditional songs, roasted chestnuts, calice of Porto and wood fire...
Day 2 : Meeting / Team building regatta

Buffet lunch of the chef at the Palace
Regatta Challenge
Buoys will be placed in the bay of Lisbon / Cascais
Each team will receive rings (1 color / team) and an envelope with the details of buoy.
You will have yours sailboats, radios, mobile phone and Satellite navigation.
Main purpose : in a given time, all the buoys have to get a ring of each color.
The challenge's main objective is to develop teamwork and communication. You will always have more points if you work together : using the power of teamwork to get the victory of your crew.
Cocktail of closure in the marina of Cascais
The sailing forges bonds between employees and allows everyone to get involved in a joint project.
Dinner at Palacio Sao Jacinto
You will be greeted with a welcome cocktail at the sound of a "Tuna" (music group composed by students)
Dinner : You will enyoy the portuguese traditions.
His six thousand meters of land and breathtaking gardens represent an ideal option for a private dinner on the hills of Lisbon.
Coffee concert : a saxophonist will be present at your dinner to give it the "jazz a blues touch"
