Day 1 : Check-In / Work Session / Team Cooking

Check-in and lunch
After your welcome fruitjuice, you will receive the key of your room, characterized by its relaxing design and its lightness.
Then, you will meet your team for lunch time, with all the warm colors of Algarve!

Work session
Your meeting room opens its doors for your meeting session. Spacious and bright, this will be the perfect way to work with your colleagues.

Team Cooking :
Diner with the Chefs!

After your meeting, the Chef will invite you in his kitchen and you will be divided into teams: put on an apron, it's your turn to cook!

Sagres, city of discoveries, is the ideal place to discover the flavours of the world. From the famous "Cataplana de Marisco", course of shellfishes, to Sushis from Asia, together you will create a cosmopolitan and fine menu while tasting one of the famous Port wines. You will sit down at the table in a pleasant atmosphere to taste the savours of the courses that you've carefully prepared.

Every member will enjoy the result of teamwork in a visible, palpable but especially "tasty" way!

Day 2 : Work / Rallye & Boat / Dinner

You will have your breakfast on the terrace with a panoramic view. Your colleagues will enjoy to wake up with the sound of the waves...

Work session

Lunch
True moment of relaxation after work. Miguel, the Chef will continue surprising you with the regions' specialities and much more, particularly, the famous pastries of Algarve.

Your afternoon activity: "The conquest of the Fortaleza"

Discovering Rallye
The fortress of Sagres, THE symbol of the Big Discovery, was in the XVth century the departure place and the school of the great Portuguese navigators!

It's there where our animators will be waiting for you to distribute the roadbooks and to brief you, before giving the departure sign. You will leave in team to conquer the legends and the secrets of the Fortress!

Vasco de Gama, Magellan or even the neighbour Christopher Columbus are names that make you fantasize... So you think you can come to Sagres without escaping? To solve all the enigmas, you need to navigate along the cliffs of Cape St Vincent...

Cohesion and teamspirit will be the master-words for this challenge!

For your dinner, we've reserved the beach!

A special dinner on the beach
Your colleagues will be surprised when they find the tables on the beach for their fantastic pirate dinner! Our animators will invite you to choose your disguise and go along on the beach!

Your dinner will be animated by a big quiz of the discoveries that will test your acknowledges of the world before and after 1492. A convivial atmosphere will warm your colleagues up for the next part...

At the end of the evening, you'll be invited to dance on the beach under the star-sprangled sky!
