Details : Millions of years ago, in the offing of the coasts of Morocco, was born a small paradisaic Island, a true Eden' Garden called Madeira. Its irrigation canals bordered of tropical flowers, its mountains offering panoramas where the blue of the sea and the green of the forest will let you gaping.

We will be waiting for you at the Laurisilva Palace, built on a cliff overhanging the sea and offering a impregnable view on the capital, Funchal, for an unforgettable moment.
DAY 1 : Arrival / Lunch / Work / Dinner

DAY 2 : Incentive / Dinner

COMBI JEEPS - Mountain Bikes - QUADS - Abseiling
On board of your jeeps, you will curve the "Serra" until Carreiras.
Lunch at the «Pastor»
In a refuge of a hunter, you will take place for a traditional lunch, then you will have to be prepared for an afternoon of sportive activities.
Sportive and gastronomic afternoon!
After your lunch, you will climb the « Pico do Arieiro » at 1810m, point of departure of your mountain bike ride.
Equiped with your mountain bikes and your protection helmet, you will go down in direction of "Carreiras" (about 45 min).
Your quads will be waiting for you for a new sensation and a huge rise of adrenaline.
Afterwards, you will take back your mountain bikes to reach the « Montado do Pereiro » where you will be initiated to the abseiling. After the explanations of our monitors, you will go down along the rocky faces.
At the end of your coming down, you will taste wines, cheeses and enjoyable food in the heart of the mountain!
Dinner
Located in the center of the town of Funchal, the «Risoti» will welcome you for your dinner. You will enjoy the delightful cooking of the big Portuguese Chef Fausto Aurioli in a cosmopolitan and trendy ambiance, with a view from the sea...
DAY 3 : Work / Catamaran Cruise / Dinner

Working meeting
You will join the meeting room for a studious morning. It will be punctuated with a gourmet break.
Transfer & lunch
You will leave in direction of "Fajã dos Padres" for a lunch on the seaside, before boarding on the catamaran.
Catamaran Cruise : whales and dolphins at the horizon!
Comfortably installed, you will sail along the south coast of Madeira, in direction of Funchal. You will certainly perceive whales and dolphins, you will be able to have a jump into the water before joining the land again.
Dinner at the Pescador
The "Pescador" has the reputation to be an excellent restaurant in Madeira... Your meal will depend on the fishes of the day.
The principle is easy : you choose on the iced stand your fish, and the Chef will prepare it just in front of you. To be patient, appetizer and wines will ornament your tables!
DAY 4 : Visit / Departure

Funchal and the valley of Monte... view on the cable-view!
To close this trip in beauty, you will go up the cable car linking Funchal to Monte for a last staggering glance on the bay of Funchal.
Afterwards, you will go down again, two by two, helped by two drivers, on board of a traditional way of transport : wicker sledge !
